We do this because we want to protect your interests and ours in the complex legal arena of idea submissions, which involves such matters as patent rights, trade secret ownership, trademark, copyrights, and confidential relationships. Your lawyer can explain these to you if you'd like. So, we ask that you read our procedures for receiving and evaluating patented ideas. Prior to allowing you to submit your patented idea, we will ask you to acknowledge and agree to specific terms before we provide the submission form to you.
